What we collect我们收集什么

Name, company, e-mail address, telephone number (if you give one), country, the equipment or duty you ask about, and the message itself.姓名、公司、电子邮箱、联系电话（若你提供）、国家、你所询的设备或工况，以及留言内容。

Why we use it用途

Only to prepare a quotation for the equipment you ask about, to answer your technical questions, and to follow up on that enquiry.仅用于为你所询设备准备报价、回答技术问题，以及就该询价进行跟进。

What we do not do我们不会做什么

• We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties.我们不出售、出租或向第三方提供你的信息。
• We do not send marketing newsletters to people who only asked for a quotation.我们不会向仅索取报价的人发送营销邮件。
• We do not share another customer's drawings or specifications with you, and we do not share yours with anyone else.我们不会把其他客户的图纸或规格提供给你，也不会把你的提供给别人。

How long we keep it保存期限

24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted.自最后一次联系起保存 24 个月，之后删除。

Your choices你的权利

Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within one working day.致信 [email protected]，可索取我们所存信息的副本、要求更正或删除。我们会在一个工作日内回复。
