The product range covers full-liquid, falling-film, air- and maglev-compressor two-device sets, dry two-device sets, evaporators, condensers, oil coolers, water heat exchangers, sea-water condensers and acid- and alkali-resistant evaporators. How it is made制造方式
The two bases run CNC machining centres, CNC tube expanders, automatic welding machines, CNC hydraulic bending machines and a 20,000 W laser cutter. Tube bundles use high-efficiency internal and external screwed copper tube.双基地配备电脑数控加工中心、数控胀管机、自动焊接机、数控液压折弯机与 20000 W 激光切割机；管束采用优质内外螺纹铜管。
Products are manufactured to the national pressure-vessel technical standard, pressure tested, and supplied with a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.产品符合国家压力容器技术标准，经压力容器测试合格，并实行一年保用、终生维修的售后服务。

Four steps, identical for a condenser and an evaporator — only the direction of heat flow changes.冷凝器与蒸发器同样遵循这四个步骤，区别只在于热流方向。
Water enters the tube side水进入管程
Water is piped through a1 and leaves through a2. Baffles inside the water cover route it across the tube bundle several times, which raises velocity and the heat-transfer coefficient.水由 a1 进入、a2 排出。端盖内隔板使水流多次横掠管束，从而提高流速与传热系数。
Refrigerant works the shell side制冷剂在壳程工作
Refrigerant enters through the b-series connections and fills the shell around the tube bundle. The bundle is expanded into the tube sheets, so the shell side is a sealed pressure boundary.制冷剂由 b 系列接口进入并充满管束外侧壳程。换热管胀接于管板，壳程构成密闭承压边界。
Heat crosses the tube wall热量穿过管壁
In a condenser the refrigerant condenses on the outside of the tubes and rejects heat into the water; in an evaporator the refrigerant boils and takes heat from the water. The screwed tube surface multiplies the wetted area on both sides.冷凝器中制冷剂在管外冷凝并向水放热；蒸发器中制冷剂沸腾并从水吸热。螺纹管表面使内外两侧的润湿面积成倍增加。
